Mailbox Rentals
1What do I need to open a new mailbox?
We require a completed USPS Form 1583 which can be filled out in store. This will allow us to receive mail on your behalf. We also require two forms of ID; One must be an official government id with a photo and the second must show proof of current residency.

See below for acceptable forms of identification:
- Valid drivers license or state issued identification card
- passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization
- voter or vehicle registration card
- home or vehicle insurance policy
- current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust

You will only need to show this once.
2What's the difference between your Mailbox Rentals and a P.O. Box?
Our mailbox rentals are assigned to a physical street address that a person can use for commercial or personal purposes. You may register your business and receive packages from any carriers using our physical mailbox address.

Most often, businesses and private delivery companies like UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
3Do you offer Curbside Pick up for packages?
Absolutely! Give us a call ahead of time and we can run your packages out to your car.

1Does it cost anything to drop off a package?
No, it does not, just come on in with your label on the package and we will take care of the rest.
2How do I know when I have mail or a package?
With our “Stay Informed” service, you’ll receive an email alert about any packages or mail received. Private mailbox customers only receive an email for packages. You can also call in advance to check if you have any items waiting.
3What do I need to bring to get a document notarized?
Documents unsigned by any party needing the notary and a photo ID for each person.
